Shipping Destinations
Pearl Theory currently ships to Canada and the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Complimentary standard shipping is available on Canadian orders of CAD $100 or more and U.S. orders of USD $100 or more. The minimum purchase amount is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
For orders below the complimentary shipping threshold, available shipping methods and rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation. During busy periods, tracking information may take longer to update.
Duties and Taxes
Canadian orders are subject to applicable sales taxes at checkout.
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges. These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Pearl Theory is unable to estimate or control customs-related charges.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you with the carrier’s investigation process.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours, building management, or the carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Pearl Theory is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you once it has been received.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order to be shipped again. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
